Thanksgiving in Phoenix

Paul and I flew out to Phoenix on Thanksgiving to spend it with his family. Paul’s brother, Jim and his family drove out as well so we got to see his nephews whom we haven’t seen for awhile.

We pretty much spent the 2 days eating a LOT. Wish I took photos of all the food we ate. Paul’s mom made her special Vietnamese fried spring roll. You can’t seem to get it at any restaurants as they usually use egg wrap instead of the light rice wrap his mom use.
